Architectural Modelling Students' Works at IUS Lifelong Learning Center

Some incredible, high - definition examples and projects have been produced during the Architectural modelling courses offered at IUS Life. During the previous years, students of architecture, design and IT had the opportunity to attend architectural modelling classes, such as AutoCAD 2D/3D and 3D Studio Max rendering and modelling which I was lecturing at the Lifelong Learning Center IUS Life.

Through intensive, 30 hours long courses with theoretic and practical work, students from different universities have learned about: basic architectural drawing, modelling, rendering, animation, lights and other important knowledge for using these programmes for further work.

Although many were beginners in the field of design and architecture, learning on 3D (three-dimensional) modelling with 4D (video making introduction) and image rendering offered the opportunity not only to pass a certificate exam, but also for building up their portfolios and enhancing their creativeness. The assistant director of IUS LLC, Ms Mehremic has been leading the organisation of the courses at the Lifelong Learning Centre, which is functioning as part of the International University Sarajevo and offering numerous professional and university courses.

While 3D modelling might look and take a lot of work hours, the examples of projects by previous students as: Lejla, Nevzeta, Zerina, Monika, Nedzad, Elmir, Nijaz, Eray, Bilal, Merve and many others; show the importance of 3D image renderings.

Such examples show how 3D models, render images and 2D blueprints are important for a good design, whether it is an interior design project, furniture details, landscape or architecture project.

In the images in the article, you will find more examples of student works at these two courses.
