Info about the project:
The project “ Villa Nardelli in Town Mostar, BiH “ presented on the BIM project and in description is a BIM architecture project for a private residential family villa Nardelli in Mostar designed by Magister of Architecture Emina Čamdžić.
Despite the building not having any existing and accessible architectural plans, this BIM ( Building Information Modeling ) architecture project by the Eminent Atelier is designed according to the data and photos that are available for the building Villa Nardelli in town Mostar, BiH.
The building was located in the centre of the town Mostar. Called “ Villa Nardelli ”, the residential building was privately owned by a family in town Mostar. “ Villa Nardelli “ building was built in the year 1931 to showcase an example of a private family residential building. This building was built according to the architectural project of the German architect Otto Linder for the Nardelli family. The residential building, which by its value represents cultural and architectural heritage of Mostar and BiH, was demolished for the construction of something new in December 2023.
With the use of BIM ( Building Information Modeling ), the architecture project was conserved with data that is usable. The BIM architecture project could be used to be built on the same place and on a new location.
